Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you change your mind about the color or size, you can send it back to us within 14 days with an original receipt and receive a refund (less shipping costs). For items purchased with free shipping within Singapore, we will deduct S$3.50 from the amount we return to you.
Your item must be in its original packaging and never been worn, and you must let us know in advance that you wish to return an item before sending it back - email: email@example.com
You will have to pay for the return postage yourself, but if your item has a manufacturing defect we will refund your postage costs.
Our products have undergone stringent quality control by the brand owners and designers, and we hope you enjoy them for a long time. We will accept return & refund or exchanges of faulty items within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if they have been worn within the bounds of normal wear and tear. We don't exchange or offer refunds for customer damaged goods (e.g. worn in the shower, bath or swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, scratched by your pet, torn by children etc).
Items purchased through our SALE promotions can only be exchanged or returned/refunded if there are manufacturing defects, and we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your purchase from Singpost. If you change your mind about the color or size, we are unfortunately unable to offer any exchanges or refunds for items purchased during our SALE promotions.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back.
